Gina Obsenares, PA-C

Gina Obsenares, Certified Physician Assistant, has been with Kay Aesthetic Dermatology since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine and her Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Charles Drew University of Medicine and Sciences in Los Angeles, California. During her Physician Assistant studies, she was nominated to the Dean's List each semester and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Gina is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is licensed by the California State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physicians Assistants, the California Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She continues to broaden her dermatology knowledge by attending continuing medical education conferences and courses.

As a Physician Assistant who has received specialized training in Dermatology, Gina is licensed and qualified to perform a comprehensive dermatological exam, diagnose, treat and prescribe appropriate medical therapy for your dermatology needs. She is skilled in performing procedures including shave biopsies, punch biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, sclerotherapy and cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Juvederm™ and Restylane™.
