ELOS Laser Anti-Wrinkle, Skin Tightening Treatment

ELOS is a new, FDA-approved procedure that gives patients a real "non-surgical facelift". ELOS treats loose, wrinkled or rough skin, enlarged pores, superficial acne scars, and fine lines with very little downtime or recovery period. Patients can usually resume regular activities within 1 day.

ELOS (electro-optical synergy) combines diode laser energy with radiofrequency (RF) energy to smooth the skin's upper layer while penetrating into the deeper layers to tighten the skin. It is less painful than older methods like Thermage. Thermage was the first radiofrequency device to tighten the skin in a similar way, but was very painful, expensive, and required many treatments.

Using the ELOS laser system patients can have tighter skin without the usual pain of other radiofrequency systems. The costs of the procedures are also less then the older methods.

ELOS also has the ability to combine radiofrequency energy (RF) and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)  to provide a much more effective way to reverse sun damage and ageing changes of the face and sun exposed skin.
