Dr. Kay has over 23 years performing various cosmetic surgery procedures. Trained at Baylor University, University of Texas and UCLA in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Kay has perfected many techniques and teaches regularly other physicians at the USC Keck School of Medicine. He specializes in Liposuction/ liposculpture of all body areas, cosmetic eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), Mini- face and neck lifting, varicose vein removal as well as full face skin resurfacing (for 20 years younger looking skin).
